Scheduled Construction at Amenity Center Pool

The gunite/plaster work on the Amenity Center Pool will begin this coming Saturday, December 14th. This notice is to inform the homeowners that there may be several noisy trucks in/out of the community throughout the day. As a reminder, residents are not to engage with construction personnel or contractors. If there are any issues, please contact your Association Manager, Caspar Sullivan at Caspar@essexhoa.com or submit your inquiry by using the “Contact Us” tab on the Association’s website and an Essex Representative will respond promptly.
